Sanwood Rain Test Chamber SM-IPX56-1000 is manufactured according to standard of IEC60529 IPX5, IPX6 test; GB4208 IPX5/6 requirement to test the water-proof performance of the "waterproof" appliances and electrical products etc.
Rain test chamber SM-IPX56-1000 Feature
1. The test chamber can be used to do the IPX5, IPX6 tests.
2. The structure of the test chamber is stainless steel, and main components are well-known brands such as Schneider, Fuji, Mitsubishi, etc., to ensure long-term stable, safe and reliable operation;
3. The control system has friendly HMI and easy to operate; automatically control IPX5, IPX6 flushing tests
4. Test methods IPX5 water flushing test: flushing nozzle 6.3mm inner diameter; water flow 12.5L/min (750L/h); Distance between flushing nozzle to specimen is 2.5m ~ 3.0m. Test time is around 1m2/min (specimen surface area) and 3 mins at least.
5. Test method: IPX6 water flushing test: flushing nozzle 12.5mm inner diameter; water flow 100L/min; Distance between flushing nozzle to specimen is 2.5m ~ 3.0m. Test time is around 1m2/min (specimen surface area) and 3 mins at least.
6. chamber structure assure the test water to be reused at the piping sytem.
