The whole air duct is made of imported high-grade stainless steel plate, the bottom of the air duct is connected with the conical hopper interface, the air inlet and outlet of the fan are directly connected with the air duct, and then the diffusion port on the top of the working room is connected to the working room body at an appropriate position to form an "O" type closed vertical dust blowing circulation system, Make the air flow smoothly, make the dust disperse evenly to the maximum extent. A single high-power low-noise centrifugal fan is used, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the wind speed according to the test requirements.
Sand dust test system
Air laden with sand and dust circulates in the wind tunnel from the top to the bottom of the test area.
The sand and dust thus form a laminar flow from above the test piece and are blown towards the test piece, so the test plan needs to specify the direction in which the test piece is placed.
The test area dimensions are 600 x 600 x 600 mm (W x H x D). The test sample surface area needs to be no more than 30% to 50% of the floor surface area to allow airflow passage.
